Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be charged at checkout.
Processing Time
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:
Domestic Shipping: 5-7 business days
- For domestic shipping, we use Hong Kong Post's "Local Parcel" service.
International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- For international shipping, we use Hong Kong Post's e-Express+ service.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries/regions:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for international shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the e-Express+ website (https://www.hongkongpost.hk) to check the status and progress of your shipment.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the authorities in their country/region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to international regulations, such as items classified as hazardous materials. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions or a refund.
For loss (Applicable to International Shipping Only)
For international shipments, if you have not received the goods within 30 days, please contact us and we will contact Hong Kong Post for investigation. Hong Kong Post reserves the right of final decision.
